How do I reset the password to my account?

To reset the password for your Rutland FX account, please visit rutlandfx.paydirect.io/login and click on ‘Forgot password?’. If you’ve entered your password incorrectly too many times, your account will be locked. To unlock it, please contact us by either calling or emailing [email protected]. Once we’ve verified you as the account holder, we’ll reset it on your behalf.

How do I reset 2 factor authentication on my account?

If you still have access to the platform, you can reset your two-factor authentication online. Simply click on your account name in the top left corner and select ‘Reset Two-Step Login.’ However, if you no longer have access to the platform, please reach out to us by either calling or emailing [email protected]. Once we’ve verified you as the account holder, we’ll reset it on your behalf.

Can I opt out of 2FA?

The Payment Services Regulations 2017 (PSRs) require strong customer authentication for online or remote payment instructions. To access your Rutland FX account, setting up Two Factor Authentication (2FA) is mandatory; there’s no option to opt out.

How do I add or remove a user from my account?

To add a user to your account, please email [email protected] with the full name, address, and date of birth of the person you wish to add. If we are unable to electronically verify them, we may require a scanned or photographed copy of their ID. For removing a user, please also email support and specify which user you would like to remove.

How do I change the permissions of a user on my account?

You can change the permissions of users on your account for example to read only view. To do this please reach out to us on [email protected] with the user and what permissions you want to give them.

How do I change my registered e-mail address?

To change your email address, please email [email protected] from the original email address that you wish to change. If you no longer have access to the original email, please call us so that we can verify your request through an alternative method.

How do I update my phone number?

If you still have access to the platform, you can update your phone number online. Simply click on your account name in the top left corner and select ‘Update Details’ on the page to input the new number. If you no longer have access to the platform, please reach out to us by emailing [email protected] or giving us a call so that we can assist you.

Can I cc another e-mail address in my transactional e-mail confirmations?

Yes, please contact us at [email protected] and let us know which email address you would like us to copy.

How do I download a statement or export my transactions?

You can download data of your choice by navigating to the Reports tab on the left-hand side of the portal.

How do I make a complaint?

If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of the service provided by Rutland FX or its banking partners, please contact your account manager first to see if they can assist you. If your account manager is unable to resolve the issue via email or telephone, please lodge a complaint here so that we can investigate it. You can expect a response within 14 business days of the complaint being submitted.

What is 2-step verification?

We provide 2-step verification to enhance the security of your account. This means that even if someone obtains your password, they will still need a code from your mobile device to access your account.

How many accounts can I have with Rutland FX?

You can only have one trading facility per entity. This means you can have a personal account and a business account, but you can’t have two personal accounts or two business accounts for the same business entity. However, if you have more than one business, you can register them both.

What Currencies can I have multi currency accounts in?

We can currently offer you currency accounts in 38 different currencies, you can learn more about what currencies we offer here.

How do I create a new currency account?

You can open a new currency account instantly and free of charge by navigating to the ‘Balances’ tab and selecting ‘Add a Currency’.

Whos Name will the Multi Currency Account be in?

The multi-currency account provided will be in the name of the registered entity. For example, if you register a limited company, the multi-currency accounts will be in the name of that limited company.

How long does it take to set up an Multi Currency Account?

After submitting your application, our onboarding team will review it. If no further information is needed, your account will be enabled the same day. Multi-currency accounts will then be immediately available.

How do I find my multi currency account bank details?

You will find the account details for your multi-currency accounts by logging into the portal and selecting the ‘Balances’ tab. Once you’re there, you will see a list of currency accounts you have. Simply select the currency account you need information for and then click on ‘My currency account details’.
